JOB OPPORTUNITY: Operations Co-ordinator, Otakar Kraus Music Trust – apply by 16 July 2021

Salary: £14,196 per annum actual (£23,660 FTE) / 21 hours per week (over 5 days)

Otakar Kraus Music Trust is seeking a new Operations Co-ordinator to assist in researching and developing projects throughout Richmond borough.

Otakar Kraus Music Trust is a local charity which provides music therapy for children and adults of all ages with disability or long-term illness, in order to improve their mental well-being and quality of life. It runs OK Music School to teach children and young people with disabilities to play an instrument and perform in public.

They are looking for someone with good administration and communication skills to start in September. You’ll be taking on the day-to-day running and monitoring of their music therapy projects and oversee the OK Music School.

Experience in project administration and liaison with multiple stakeholders plus good IT and organisational skills required. An interest in music or in the organisation’s aims of improving the lives of people with disabilities is welcomed.

This is a home-based role, with regular meetings throughout the borough, so you will need your own transport. Occasional evening or weekend work is also required. The post has an initial one-year contract with potential for extension to a permanent contract.
