JOB OPPORTUNITY: Operations Co-ordinator, ADHD Richmond & Kingston – apply by 31 Aug 21

Salary: Pro rata of £22,600 per annum full time equivalent / 10 hours per week

ADHD Richmond and Kingston is a small, friendly charity and is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to support its activities.

The post will report to the Operations Manager but also supports the Chair and Marketing Manager and requires excellent organisational and IT skills. The role involves working with a bespoke booking system and database.

The key areas of responsibility would be:

•Overseeing the main email Inbox and being the first point of contact for emails and ensuring messages are passed on to the Operations Manager, Family Support Lead and Chair as appropriate.

• Supporting the smooth running of events (seminars, workshops and meet ups) which involves setting up new events on the website with a booking system, setting up up dial-in details or booking meeting space, liaising with speakers, ensuring joining instructions are sent and queries dealt with and carrying out post event administration.

• Record keeping, electronic filing and meeting scheduling as required.
