Salary: £34,000-£36,000 per annum / 40 hours per week (over 5 days) or potential part-time hours

The Rambert School is seeking an experienced, driven and passionate individual to join their Marketing and Development Team.
Working closely with, and reporting into, the Head of Development & Communications, the Marketing Manager will deliver the key objectives of the School, which are currently:
- Positioning and promoting the School as one of the foremost and innovative dance schools in the world
- Attracting and retaining the very best in global student talent by demonstrating the benefits and high-quality aspects of our training
- Communicating the full range of Rambert School activities to new and existing audiences
- Supporting the widening participation commitments of the school, to actively include applicants, participants and audiences from under-represented groups.
You will drive a multi-channel marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital and social media, to ensure the continuous visibility and profile of the School.
Ideally, the hours for this post will be spread over 5 x 8-hour days per week. However, applications from qualified part-time candidates may be considered. You should state your preferred working pattern when applying.

First and second stage interviews will be held during the weeks commencing 18 March and 25 March.
The starting date will be agreed with the successful candidate but is ideally by mid-April.
