Ruils is a user-led charity based that supports disabled children and adults and the elderly to live independently, be part of their community and to live life to the full. They provide information, advice, advocacy, befriending and activities to clients and their families.
They currently deliver a range of services to young people with additional needs and their families – Family Matters (Richmond and Hounslow), SEND specialist advice service, FriendBee (SEND Befriending) and Bright Futures.
The post holder will be responsible for managing these services, including preparing reports for the CEO, as well as helping to identify gaps and develop new projects.
To apply, you will need experience of successful team leadership, working with a reporting cycle both, as well as at least 2 years’ experience of managing projects or small teams.
