Salary: £50,000 per annum pro rata / Hours: 100 – 120 days a year
Kew Community Trust is looking to appoint a Chief Executive to lead them as they move forward from the challenges presented by Covid-19.
Kew Community Trust, is a well regarded and, thanks to a generous legacy, financially stable, small charity. The organisation is best known for running ‘The Avenue Club’ and offering excellent facilities for hire in the heart of Kew.
Interested candidates should be resident in the Kew area and will be asked to demonstrate a track record of effective leadership, people management, financial awareness and outstanding communication skills.
The Trust has an excellent management team, and this new role will focus upon developing and implementing strategies to further enhance the contribution that the Trust makes to the wellbeing of the local community.
As the most senior employee, the Chief Executive will be responsible for all governance requirements and for ensuring that the charity is well managed and financially stable. They will be the public face of the Trust and should be visibly committed to the Trust’s charitable objectives. The Chief Executive will be supported by the board of trustees and report to the Chair of trustees.
