Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum pro rata including OLW, depending on experience

Richmond AID is run by and for disabled people and supports local people of all ages with all disabilities, aiming to support independent living and equal opportunities with non-disabled people.
They are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager who can develop and implement a campaign strategy, engage disabled peoples’ organisations and develop strategic partnerships.
You will need to be someone with experience of campaigning work with a track record of delivering innovative digital campaigns that have led to real change. You will be an excellent networker internally and externally and you must have a passion for social justice and supporting Disabled people.
Amongst your talents will be great analytical, IT, influencing, and communication skills as you will develop and lead campaigning work for the charity with bold campaigns which enable beneficiaries to play an active role in changing systems at a local and London level.
You will be working for an organisation of and for disabled people, working to improve access, choice, quality of life and independence for disabled people in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and surrounding areas.
The post is initially offered on an 18 month contract, with strong potential for extension.
