Richmond Music Trust has a range of Associate Teacher opportunities commencing September 2021.
This local organisation delivers a range of high quality musical experiences for children and young people aged 5-18 and is dedicated to widening participation in music by offering access to excellence and to inspirational musical experiences in schools and the community.
Their Associate Teachers deliver a range of teaching in primary and secondary schools including group/individual instrumental lessons and Wider Opportunities (WCET) programmes. They also provide lessons and orchestras/bands/ensembles in RMT Music Centres.
They are currently recruiting teachers in the following instrument areas:
- Music Makers
Applicants should preferably have taught, and be happy to teach, both group and individual lessons to pupils from across academic years 2-13, covering abilities from beginner to grade 8.
