IvybridgeLink, the charity responsible for The BridgeLink Community Centre in Isleworth, seeks a qualified accountant to oversee its financial process and assist in the running of this busy community hub.
The services the organisation specifically requires are:
· producing management accounts for the Board of Trustees on a regular basis
· dealing with Inland Revenue, including VAT refund claims
· assistance with the submission of micro company accounts to Companies House annually
· liaising with the Centre Administrator to ensure day-to-day bookkeeping, financial accounting and the recording and control of financial affairs are up-to-date and in keeping with Charity Commission requirements
This is a remote working opportunity which involves regular telephone liaison with the Centre Administrator and attendance at the charity’s AGM.
