Salary: £31,908 – £36,965 per annum pro rata ( actual £19,145 – £22,179 or £25,526 – £29,572

Two part-time roles of 21 & 28 hours per week

This rewarding and varied part-time role is central to the mission of Home-Start Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow, to give every child the best start in life.

They are a vibrant family charity, essential to the wellbeing of our communities, providing vital support to families during the important and challenging early years of raising a child. Through one-to-one partnerships, their volunteers help families respond and adapt to their experience of parenthood and their family play and support groups build connections, friendships and skills.

You will join a dedicated and experienced team in assessing and monitoring family needs, managing volunteer support, connecting families with essential community support, and delivering school holiday activities for families.

They are looking for someone who brings a genuine commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on the lives of families in our communities.

You’ll have parenting experience, an understanding of the needs of families with young children, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage varied projects.
