Armed Forces charities and other not-for-profit organisations can apply for grants for projects and activities supporting serving armed forces personnel, veterans, operationally qualified seafarers and their immediate families.

Grants of up to £30,000 can be awarded for projects lasting up to three years.

Grants of £40,000 are available exclusively for salaries over a two-year period.

Priority is given to organisations directly involved in the provision of support to those in need, as well as well-run organisations of low to medium wealth.

A range of factors will be considered including the service or item being funded, the number of beneficiaries, the importance of the grant to the applicant organisation, the efficiency of the organisation, need of the beneficiaries and its urgency.

The next closing date for applications is the 24 April 2023 for consideration at the June Trustee Meeting.
