The Rose Foundation provides assistance for small building projects of less than £200,000 in the London area.
They will consider anything involving the use of builders, including general refurbishment or a specific scheme. Examples could be repairs to a roof or windows, the creation of disabled access, provision of new toilets, adapting or creating new rooms, building extensions, landscaping, the fulfilling of Health and Safety requirements or fire protection.
Their donation is usually between £5,000 and £10,000.
Applications will be shortlisted and reviewed and successful applicants are advised in early July each year. The work should be undertaken in the following year.
