Round 2 of this fund from the National Lottery is open to charities and community groups with an income of less than £50,000 who are working to reduce loneliness by helping build connections across their communities.
The funding offers hundreds of microgrants of between £300 and £2,500 to small local organisations.
The definition of community is broad and funding can be applied to help strengthen organisations and their services, for example through training and development. All funded projects must be completed by 31 March 2022.
Eligible organisations can apply if they already receive National Lottery funding but not if they received an award from Round 1 of this particular fund.
