Networks and forums

Looking through Hive at Kew Gardens

Richmond CVS runs a number of different networks and forums for the local Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) which can:

  • Provide information, support and solutions, especially for smaller groups
  • Facilitate the opportunity for people to give views and have their say
  • Enable people to share experiences, good-practice, learning, including peer support
  • Operate as an online group as well as facilitating face to face meetings

Richmond's Food Partnership Network

Richmond's Food Partnership Network aims to strengthen the network of organisations in the borough that deliver activity relating to food provision and environmental sustainability. This project is supported by funding from the Greater London Authority (GLA).  VCS organisations do not directly need to have a connection with food provision, anyone with an interest or connected activity, or beneficiaries which interact or would like to interact with the Partnership are welcome.  We are happy to include those who think it would be relevant from the wider cost of living offer.  To join or find out more email action@richmondcvs.org.uk

Richmond Trustee Network

The Richmond Trustee Network is for trustees and management committee members of local voluntary sector organisations. Offering an informal blend of networking and learning, the meetings are not formal training sessions.  They are an opportunity to share experiences, good practice and learning with peers. Meetings are usually on Monday evenings, up to four times a year. Trustees from neighbouring boroughs are welcome to attend for a small charge. To join or find out more email training@richmondcvs.org.uk

CEO Network

The CEO Network is for chief executives/leaders of local voluntary sector organisations in Richmond to discuss issues and ideas for the mutual benefit of the VCS. Meetings are held up to four times a year. To join or find out more email: action@richmondcvs.org.uk

Health and Wellbeing Network

The Health and Wellbeing Network is open to anyone connected with the local VCS who wishes to be kept informed and have their say on relevant matters connected with health and social care. Meetings are held up to four times a year and feature speakers from the Council and Clinical Commissioning Group. To join or find out more email action@richmondcvs.org.uk

Volunteer Co-ordinators' Forum

The Volunteer Co-ordinators Forum is for volunteer co-ordinators or anyone who has responsibility for recruiting or managing volunteers. Meetings are held up to four times a year and often incorporate a bite- sized training session. To join or find out more email volunteer@richmondcvs.org.uk
